Accucraft Trains is proud to introduce the 1:20.3 scale D&RGW Class C-18 2-8-0 Consolidation type in both live steam and electric.

Of the several C-18s made by Baldwin, the #315 and #318 are only ones to survive to today thanks for restoration efforts. Both were originally built for the Florence & Cripple Creek Railroad by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1895 and 1896. The No. 315 locomotive was retired in 1949 and placed on display in Durango until it’s restoration in 2007 by the Durango Railroad Historical Society. Since it’s restoration, No. 315 has operated many times on the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad. The D&RGW No. 318 operated under steam until 1982 and is now on static display at the Colorado Railroad Museum.

Accucraft Trains’ C-18, developed by Aster designer Mr Miura san and our US staff and consultants.  Machined parts and sheet metal are produced in Japan.   Models in KIT can be offered upon request.

Photos of #315 shown are for a sample model. Features are subject to change. The #315 tender will have the Moffatt lettering. The #318 will have the Flying Rio Grande lettering and extended smokebox.
